We are here 24/7 when you need us.

When you do need us, we will guide you through the

process and next steps.

Make contact with Cremation Care - We will need to gather some  information.

Name of the person who died | Where they died | Next of kin details

We will then talk you through your options for the next steps.

When the Doctor or Coroner has been to view your loved one and completed the paperwork they are required to, we can then arrange for them to be transferred into our care.

The transfer of your loved one can happen when you are ready. There might be family who would like to spend time with your loved one before we transfer into our care.

We will arrange a time to gather the registration details needed to register the death with Internal Affairs and go over the cremation application.

This can be done by phone or email, or in person if needed at your home.

We will arrange the cremation for your loved one and register their death with Internal Affairs.

If you choose to have a committal cremation we will work with you on a day and time that suits your family and when the crematorium is available. Committal cremation service can happen between      Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm.

When the ashes and death certificate are ready, we will arrange for them to be delivered back to you.
